• Design Terms: Design and layout fee of $500 minimum.  Design fee would be waived upon major purchase of equipment specified in the plans.  However, a 50% down payment is required.

• Warranty: All of our new products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale (depending on the type of material purchased). Defective parts, subject to our inspection.   Used products/equipment may or may not have a warranty and will be specified at time of sale.

• Shipping Terms: Prices are quoted F.O.B. Sioux City, IA with shipping prepaid and added to the invoice. All claims for goods damaged or loss sustained in transit must be filed with the carrier. All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects

• Returns/Exchanges:  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  

• Restocking fee: A 25% restocking charge will be applied when orders have been filled correctly.

• Prices: and specifications are subject to change without notice.

• TERMS: Net 30 days anything over that is 1.5% interest on a monthly basis.
